Dance costumes don't come with hang tags but these are brand new. The child sizes can be for a boy or girl the adults are for men. The shirt is  spandex so it stretches as nicely as a leotard, and there is a sequin music note on the upper left of the top (it can be removed if you don't need it to be there). This shirt retailed at in adult sizes. The manufacturer is Wolf Fording so you know the quality is excellent.
