This item is brand new and will come in original manufacturer's packaging. (they are not hangtagged.) This little jacket is a dance costume item (not for wear outside though it is water resistant). The fabric is a synthetic PVC vinyl, the sequin trim is gunmetal and the zipper works. The cap you see the model wearing is not included (but I have them listed in another listing).
