    This is a brand new dance costume top, sequin front with attached silver binding ties that wrap around the body, cut them off where you choose, see the models to see how they all come together. No hats, pants or mitts are included just the top. The size on this top is a small adult which fits a ladies size 4 to 6. This is the only size I have of this item.
