This is a brand new dance top but it has no hangtags, it was used for the photo shoot and has a clipped internal size tag(doesn't effect the ability to wear it).  The size is a medium child and it is royal blue. The fabric is a lightweight polyester. I have only this one. The model is showing it with a jacket that is not included, tllmsmthng BT256
