    Extra large child in this irish dress. It is missing it's petticoat but the hair tie is there.This dress retailed for over in adult sizes. I have other petticoats in a different listing,These are manufactured by Wolff Fording. The fabric of the dress is polyester pique, the fabric of the sleeve and skirt is a polyester crepe. The hem of the cuff and the dress ruffle are "wired" with a mylar thread that has been pulled to make the flounce you see on the item..tghtsrmcrnbx2
