This is a brand new long sleeve spandex and sequin open jacket. The little mannequin I have it on is only a small child so it looks big on her. It is a medium child but would stretch if a child that wore a 12C wanted to wear it. The fabric is so fun, this item has been applications. There is only one. It is the designers' sample and was never put into production. My theory is it was too pricy. BT256
