Early-type SKUSA S5 Jr. Spec Honda exhaust restrictor plate.  Brand new, May show light cosmetic oxidation from storage.
Center hole size = 28mm nominal.  Thickness = 3mm nominal.
These are the very first S5 restrictor plates and have
no SKUSA markings
, they are marked only "APD" (Allen Performance Development).
