Payment

Shipping

Returns
Items shipped from BUYCRAZY can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. You will be liable for all return costs unless the item is deemed defective. Make sure the item is returned in the same condition as when received unless otherwise noted to avoid any restocking fees. Once we've received the item back in our possession a refund will be initiated, usually within 2 business days. You will receive a follow-up e-mail letting you know the process is complete and your original payment method has been refunded.
