General Policies
Most orders are processed within 1 business day!  We quote a typical
2 - 4 working days
for delivery for this item.
Items ship from warehouses across the country, depending on inventory levels.
Some items ship from our warehouse in Louisiana, others are shipped factory direct.
We generally ship by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, but that isn't always the case.
Because of the extra time involved, we unfortunately can not use third party shipping accounts. Also, these items ships from a distribution center. For insurance reasons, your item cannot be picked up.

RETURNS & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Returns accepted if you notify us via eBay within 14 days if the item is in NEW condition, un-used.
Consumable items (such as massage lotions), CD's, DVD's, must be unopened.
Defective products or those damaged during shipping will be replaced or repaired at our option. Please contact us to arrange replacement.

ALL shipping is done via eBay and Paypal, so tracking numbers will be automatically entered into your Paypal payment history once the item has begun the shipping process.
