Ebony Shaker door style can be purchased RTA ( ready to assemble ) or it can be assembled by our Kitchen Search professionals and ready to be installed. This cabinet style uses plastic dowels for assembly. This type of assembly is really easy to put together and it’s also one of the strongest. We also recommend using wood glue when you assemble any RTA cabinets.

Policy
WOOD COMPOSITION:
Wood boards that are used for the construction of your cabinets are a natural material, cut from trees. Naturally, wood expands and contracts adapting to different climates and weather conditions. Understanding that wood expands and contracts, it is normal to have tiny spaces appear on miter seams (1mm to 3mm). MAPLE WOOD COMPOSITION: Has subtle grain pattern; Smooth, uniform appearance; Color ranges from creamy white to pale red/brown within a panel; May include "bird's eye" dots and mineral streaks
ORDER CHANGES:
All changes and/or cancelations made AFTER your order has been processed may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Some vendors do not accept changes after the order has been placed. STORAGE FEES: It is House Possible Inc policy to deliver or schedule immediate pick-up as soon as items have been assembled. For every day the pick-up or delivery date is delayed following 21 business days of assembly, a storage fee of will apply, per day.
DAMAGES & EXCHANGES:
If you received a damaged product, it must be noted with the shipper to receive a full exchange. However, if a door is damaged or missing from a cabinet we will complete the order within 6 weeks or sooner. All replacements must be made PRIOR to installation, otherwise refunds and replacements will not be granted. Please open all the boxes for inspection as soon as you can and report to House Possible Customer Service within 5 business days if any items are found damaged after the boxes are opened. If no claim report is received within this time frame, House Possible Inc assumes that all of the items are good and accepted by the customer and no claims on this order can be filed in the future.
RETURNS:
House Possible Inc accepts returns within 5 days of delivery date and a 25% restocking fee will apply. To receive a refund, merchandise must be undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included. ASSEMBLED CABINETRY CAN NOT BE RETURNED. COUNTER TOPS CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Shipping charges are not refundable. Labor fees are not refundable.
NOTE:
IF YOU BECOME AWARE THAT THE CABINETS ARE DAMAGED, DO NOT INSTALL. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON INSTALLED PRODUCTS By signing this document I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms. House Possible Inc will charge return check fee for all returned checks. ALL WARRANTIES COME FROM THE MANUFACTURE.
