4 LB  PURPLE TOP TURNIP SEED - DEER FOOD PLOTS - BRASSICA - FALL FOOD PLOT
Excellent Deer forage, greens carry 12-13% protein. Grow through frost and produce very well in moderately cold areas. Will mature in 50 days, produces a 3"-5" turnip. The leaves provide forage during the fall and the bulbs provide forage over the winter months
. This seed can be a stand alone plot or you can mix with oats, rye, and other brassicas. This seed is sourced from a company that has been around for over 40 years, I know of several "brand name" food plot seed companies that also source their seed from the same company.
-One bag plants up to 1 acre. Recommended seeding rate is 3-5 lbs/acre.
-This is a great mix for a no till plot.
-Plant in late Summer/ early Fall
-Easy to plant and manage.
-Provides forage for deer throughout the hunting season and winter.
-High protein levels for winter herd support.
-This seed was tested for germination in January 2021.
