Introducing DC3 Series
The DC3 series spin down sediment filter is the first line defense to your appliances. It protects and extends the life of your standard filters by removing the large dirt, sand, and rust particles before they reach the rest of your plumbing system, including water softeners and expensive appliances.
Easy Maintenance
The DC3 series is flushable and reusable. It is recommended to flush it regularly (daily or weekly), depending on the water usage, sediment amount and the hardness level. However, as hardness tends to form hard scale that clogs the screen, simple flushes may not be sufficient. When necessary, remove the stainless steel cartridge and clean it with a brush and/or soak it in vinegar.

Plus extra 200μm filter element for free. Filter elements of different filtration accuracy can be easily replaced to meet your different needs. 40μm filter will capture most particulates, it's best suited for use on Municipal (tap) or City water. If using it on Well, Lake feedwater, you can replace it with the 200-μm filter element. Otherwise it may require more frequent flushing to remove the build-up of particulates due to the fine filter mesh used.

FLEXIBLE INSTALLATION CONNECTIONS
- The Filter is supplied with 1" Male NPT, 3/4" Female NPT and 3/4" Male NPT. It is suitable for ANY THREADED CONNECTOR with 1" Female NPT or 3/4" Male NPT or 3/4" Female NPT. (The threaded connector is not included in the package, it needs to be purchased separately according to the specifications of the copper/PEX/CPVC water pipe).
Note
Water softeners and whole house systems usually do not lower the TDS level of the water. An additional Reverse Osmosis system may be necessary for your drinking water. Please consult SimPure professionals prior to purchase if you are unsure of which product will meet your needs.

The valve head, filter bowl, and filter screen are tested and CERTIFIED by NSF & SGS, safe for use on drinking water. The valve head is made from high-quality Lead-free brass.
★【Pressure Resistant Bowl】
The filter bowl can withstand a burst pressure of more than 725 psi (5Mpa) and has been cycled tested over 150,000 times with no apparent signs of deformation.
★【Flexible installation connections】
The Filter is supplied with both 1" Male NPT, and ¾" Female NPT Brass threaded adaptors for easy connection into your home incoming water supply.
